For help with Screench, privacy requests, subscriptions, or processing issues, email us. Please do not include screenshots or other sensitive content in your first message.

Helpful details

If your request concerns cloud operational records, we may ask for the installation support identifier shown in the app or relevant purchase information. This helps locate the applicable records without exposing another person’s data.

Screench does not require an account, and support will never ask for your Apple ID password or payment-card number.

Google Drive Sync

Open Screench Settings → Google Drive Sync to sync now, change the Wi-Fi-only upload setting, restore an item deleted within 30 days, review a Drive image conflict, or disconnect. Disconnecting does not delete existing Screench files from Drive. You can remove Screench access separately from your Google Account security settings.
